El mercado inmobiliario de Miamisigue creciendo gracias a las inversiones de argentinos, brasileños, colombianos y venezolanos
El mercado inmobiliario de Miami ha alcanzado ya las cifras que contabilizó en su etapa de mayor auge, antes de la crisis de 2008, con un crecimiento imparable atribuido a los bolsillos de los latinoamericanos, sobre todo argentinos, brasileños, colombianos y venezolanos.
Y la tendencia apunta a que es el mercado del sur de Florida, el que ha pasado de un repunte esperanzador a un rápido despegue hoy de la demanda de vivienda de calidad, también en vecindarios emergentes como Doral, East Edgewater o Miami River.
Estas son algunas de las conclusiones en que coincidieron destacados expertos de esta industria en la primera conferencia internacional "Forbes Latam South Florida Real Estate", celebrada ayer en Miami.
Esta "explosión inmobiliaria" en zonas del sur del estado tiene como epicentro la conocida como la "capital del sol", donde hasta cerca del 80% del capital inversor en el sector procede del bolsillo -no necesariamente opulento- de inversores y compradores sudamericanos.
