A Doral retail center changed hands for $19.4 million.
Miami-based Shoppes at MICC Ltd. sold the 7780 Northwest 25th Street center on May 2, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction on Tuesday. The company paid about $12.2 million for the 60,541-square-foot building in February 2005.
Amos Shoshan is the managing member of Shoppes at MICC
Shoppes at MICC Investments of Coral Gables is the buyer. The company received a $10 million loan from City National Bank of Florida for the acquisition. The center was constructed on nearly five acres in 2002.
